I had an interesting encounter today.
I bumped into someone whom I wish to forget. He was my brother's childhood bubby cum partner-in-crime. Both of them were my nightmare. They used to corner me in my own house and pinch me or whack me. I used to cry whenever they do that but I soon learnt that tears never worked on jerks like those 2. They would stand back and watch when people surround me to taunt me. They tore my projects and my homework up. They were my terrors.

I never had a proper childhood because of the both of them.

Today was very very interesting. I met him at Tampines interchange. Of course I couldn't recognise him but he could, since I didn't change much since young. He said something so interesting I wanted to laugh.

"Joy, you've grown so much!! Wah, so beautiful now ah.. I don't mind having you as my girlfriend leh."

I almost rolled on the floor. So I told him that he has been a jerk and will be a jerk for his whole life such that I feel sorry for his girlfriends and wife and I'm not planning to feel sorry for myself.

Ya, Joycelyn has grown up.
