Luke 7:46-57

I was doing my QT using ODJ (Our Daily Journey- it's published by RBC Ministries, the ones who do Our Daily Bread) and this passage came out. In the passage above, Jesus was invited to Simon the pharisee's house. The pharisee left Jesus out by not so-called performing the traditions of offering water to wash Jesus' feet and kissing His hands. Until "a woman who has been living in sin" washed His feet with her tears, sat at His feet, kissed His feet and poured perfume over His head.

And Jesus said that she, as compared to Simon, her sins are forgiven for "she has loved much". The Message Bible version said that "she was forgiven of many sins and she is very very grateful."

It's more blessed to give than to receive.

I enjoy working alone. I know that God has called us to be in fellowship and in company but I always feel more fruitful when I'm alone. So today, having time as a rarity on my side, I set out shooting with my trusty camera to Orchard Road.

I wasn't alone. God is with me. And I truly enjoyed His presence in a sea of people.
